The place is full of Russians who seem to delight in being ignorant.The hotel is comfortable enough though a little old fashioned it is 40 year old.Bbreakfast is a little boring with only 2 fruits on offer each day.They will make you an omelette I Found the reception manager very rude when I tried to pay extras with a credit card She insisted on cash although they had the credit card signs prominently displayed.I would not return to this hotel as there are better value ones in Pattaya.

Good value for money hotel. Rooms spacious and clean, good size swimming pool and staff were always helpful and friendly. WiFi worked without fault for duration of 14 night stay. Hotel has a lot of potential, and could be so much more with money spent. It was very dated, with new decor and lick of paint here and there, especially in reception area and around pool it could be so much more. I guess the very reasonable room rates reflect this though. Excellent location on 2nd road opposite soi 8. On the baht bus route and only couple of minutes walk to the beach. Would stop here again should I return to pattaya

This hotel was alright, the staff at the reception were friendly. The hotel itself was rather big and the rooms were massive. Our room specifically didn’t have great water, it sort of came out in spats usually so seemed rather odd? They also don’t include breakfast which was a bit of a downer. I would recommend staying somewhere else for the same price.

Please check out my other reviews to see we always leave an honest opinion. We hadn’t booked anywhere in pattaya and I’ve always fancied staying here so we booked it on the day for two nights with the thought of booking it for a further eight if we liked it. Check in was really quick and easy with lovely staff who upgraded us to poolside room which was newly renovated and lovely. The pool was cold but once in it was fine. I’m a wimp also and I managed. Approx 10 beds which isn’t really enough for a hotel this size but in all honesty we never had an issue getting one. There is another level which I didn’t go up to but I do believe there were a few beds up there also. I would recommend maybe some umbrellas for around the pool. There is a large area that could be utilised and isn’t. There’s a lovely shaded pagoda poolside but sometimes you like to be half in half out of the sun and that’s where umbrellas would be useful. Breakfast is 6-10 and a decent selection although I did struggle as I am quite fussy but managed with omelette and toast. I would perhaps suggest instead of pancakes everyday which were a little dry maybe changing it and have cake or something else ?. Staff were extremely lovely in the restaurant. It’s centrally located next door to the new plaza bars, two mins from central plaza shopping and made in Thailand market and across the roads from soi’s 7&8. Perfect. So good in fact we decided to stay for the extra 8 nights and will definitely stay there again as it’s the perfect location for us, . If I had to be picky I would suggest a lick of paint to the outside, new sun beds and umbrellas, and that’s it.

The Ceasar Palace hotel is situated in downtown Pattaya. It's location is close to many great shops and bars. The famous walking street is about 10 min away using a tuk-tuk. The hotel is built in a colonial style and is equipped as a good hotel is supposed to. An nice pool, a functioning WiFi, a very nice lobby and dining area is included. The majority of the guest are Asian families witch is a good thing, even though I am European. The service is excellent and hotel follow through in every question, wish och complaint you might have. This is very importante for longer stays, and the CPH scores extremely high in this category. The breakfast is well executed but very Asian, but if you ask you can get different menus, there was no trouble at all for me. The Hotel is constructed some decades ago and is compared to other hotels in the area older but is very well looked after. Cleaning is very good. This is a nice quiet hotel suited for travelers that need a bit of privacy and for Families. I do recommend this establishment.
